Account Executive: Candidates must have completed a B.Com degree, BBA/Economics

Secretary Assistant – Any graduate with basic knowledge of English

Recruitment Executive (HR) – Graduate with basic knowledge of English

technician apprentice

Chemistry: Applicants must have a degree in chemical engineering.

Civil – Possess a degree in civil engineering

Computer Science – Diploma in Computer Engineering

Electrical – Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Instrumentation – Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering

Trade Apprentice

Operator (chemical plant) – Must have B.Sc. only in physics, chemistry, mathematics, or biology.

Boiler assistant: passed the 10th-grade exam with science and mathematics under the 10+2 education system or equivalent.

Electrician – Passed the 10th-grade exam with science and mathematics under the 10+2 educational system or equivalent.

Horticulture Assistant – Passed the tenth-grade exam in the 10+2 system or equivalent.

Equipment Mechanic (Chemical Plant) – has a B.Sc. in physics and chemistry.

Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) – B.Sc. in physics, chemistry, and mathematics or biology

Machinist – Passed the tenth-grade exam with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 educational system or equivalent.

Housekeeper Hospital – 10th pass under the 10+2 system or equivalent

Scholarship/Salary at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited

Candidates receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5000 to Rs. 9000 depending on the position’s profile.

A list of merits is drawn up considering the percentage that the candidate has achiev in the required essential educational qualification. Whenever CGPA/CPI scores or other scores are awarded on the proficiency test, the appropriate percentage of scores must be indicated on the application following the rules recognized by the university or institute. The applicant must present the corresponding certificate from the university/institute in case of selection at the time of reporting.
